Cut off point for orders to be dispatched on the same day* is Monday to Friday at 12:30pm. Orders placed after 12:30pm or at the weekend will be shipped on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

*We work very hard to get all orders dispatched asap, however during sale and busy periods, dispatch can occasionally be delayed.

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the item/s being delivered.
