We dispatch at 2pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays. Excluding Bank Holidays.

We are currently closed on Thurdays and are unable to dispatch orders placed after 2pm Wednesday until Friday.

*We work very hard to get all orders dispatched asap, however during sale and busy periods, dispatch can occasionally be delayed.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the item/s being delivered.

Our Yorkshire Candle Company candles are made with 100% natural and renewable Soy Wax, a Cotton Wick which contains other natural filaments to promote a clean burn and each candle is hand-poured at The Yorkshire Candle Company workshop in Yorkshire, England.
